1 – Order Processing, Handling & Cut-Off Time

Order Processing & Delivery
Our goal is to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping timeline below:

1. Handling Time (Processing)

  • 1–2 Business Days (Monday to Friday): This is the time it takes for us to verify, pack, and hand over your order to the carrier.

  • Orders placed before 04:00 PM (GMT -07:00 Mountain Time) will be processed the same day.

2. Transit Time (Shipping)

  • 3–5 Business Days (Monday to Friday): Once shipped, your item will arrive within this window.

3. Total Delivery Time

  • 4–7 Business Days: This is the total estimated wait time from the moment you place your order to delivery at your doorstep.

2 – Shipping Charges

 We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
There are no hidden fees. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay

3 – Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and instructions. This allows you to follow your package’s journey in real time.

Please note: tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after shipment to appear in the system. You can also check your order anytime through our “Track Your Order” page.

4 – Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window:
You may cancel an order within a short period after placing it. Once an order has moved to the shipping stage, cancellations can no longer be processed.

How to Cancel:
Send a request to support@ezpricely.com as soon as possible. We’ll make every effort to approve your cancellation if it is still within the allowed time frame.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:
Approved cancellations will be refunded according to the Ezpricely Refund Policy.

5 – Incorrect Address Policy

Customer Responsibility:
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Ezpricely.com is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Address Changes:
If you spot an error before your order ships, email us immediately at support@ezpricely.com .We will correct it if possible, though additional costs may apply.

Undeliverable Packages:
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping or handling fees.
